Senior Account Executive

We’re looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic Senior Account Executive with a proven track record to join our team. As Senior Account Executive you’ll be responsible for identifying sales leads, developing and presenting pitches, targeting new business, utilising a client-centred approach, building and maintaining relationships, and driving revenue. We’re looking for someone who is a strategic thinker to help drive sales, loves dealing with people, gets a kick out of reaching their targets, is a self-starter, a problem solver and doesn’t mind sharing their workspace with two dogs.

Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new sales prospects by utilizing research, networking and cold approaches.

Establishing relationships with new clients as well as maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing clients.

Building and maintaining strong, professional and profitable relationships with indy clients, brands and agencies.
-
Utilizing CRM to track and manage the sales journey.
-
Own your area of the business and drive sales to meet KPI’s and targets.

Develop client proposals and sales propositions
-
Strategic planning of sales activities

Present at weekly and monthly meetings.

Key Requirements:
-
At least 2-3 years of experience in an account executive role
-
High level of attention to detail
-
Ability to work well alone as well as part of a team
-
Strong commercial sense, with an interest and knowledge of the advertising industry

Interest in music, culture or the arts
-
Efficient work processes and ability to deliver within deadlines
-
Experience using Microsoft’s full suite of programs
-
CRM Experience
-
Full driver’s license
